The Adams County Sheriff's Department is responsible for maintaining and processing all Warrant issued from the Adams County and Districts courts. The Sheriff's Department receives on average over 1000 warrants yearly.

To assist in clearing these active warrants the Sheriff's Department will post a Daily Warrant Report, that is all warrants received on that day. If you have any information concerning any warrant listed please contact the Adams County Sheriff's Department at 402-461-7181 or the Warrants Officer Deputy Dan Furman 402-461-7288. No one should attempt to apprehend any subject suspected of having an active warrant. The active warrant list is subject to change daily, and without notice.
